Q: What do I need to provide to the Wow Web design team?
All you have to do is send our designers some resources which we can make your website from, for example the text you'd like to see appear on each page and any photographs or videos etc.that you would like to include.
Q: Can I make any changes to the website before it goes online?
Certainly. We will always keep you up to date with previews of the design work and you will be able to make comments and changes. Once your website has been completed by our Design Team you will be given time to look over the final design and make any comments or changes at no extra charge.
Q: How long will it take for my site to be ready?
Usually your site will be complete and online within 21 days of submitting content. However it is possible to do things quicker if you need us to - Contact Wow Website Design to enquire about our work load.
Q: Do I need to be based locally to you?
No. Although we have several clients who do live locally as they prefer the ability to meet up if required. But with the ease of the internet and email contact it is by no means necessary. We have created quite a few websites when we have never met the client face-to-face.
Q: Are there any monthly charges?
No, it really is just a one off payment depending on which package you choose.
Q: How do I keep my website address?
Your website address is maintained by an award winning hosting company, you will have to pay a small charge of £10 every two years to keep your website address going. When this payment is required we’ll be in touch and make the arrangements on your behalf.
Q: How can I update my website?
You may want to update your Website on occasion, maybe change some details or put up some new photos… or, you may wish to regularly update your Website such as updating event listings, product information, etc. Wow Web design will do this for you without hassle and without regard to size of update. For a one off update, its only £25.
Q: How can I get my site re-designed in the future?
If you feel like getting a bit of a facelift for your site we will completely redesign your website for £199
